  The Christmas markets in Hamburg start four weeks before Christmas. There are several in the city center of Hamburg, (Rathaumarkt, Gänsemarkt, Gerhard-Hauptmann-Platz, Nikolai Kirche), and some in other parts of Hamburg (Bergedorf, Harburg ...). The Christmas Markets are open every day from approximately 10a.m. to 8p.m.

  The Christmas Market will run from November 28 through December 23, 2001. It is located on the University Square, the Corn Market and the Market Square.
