I'll be moving to Germany in two months and have been given the rare op to pick my city, as the position is a travel one so I don't really have an office. Can anyone tell me what the most liveable city in Germany is. I'm a non miliarty american and would prefer to avoid any high US miliary areas (Heidelberg for instance). Although I prefer these types of cities. Lot's to do, lots to see, lots of xPats, and a university close by. Any suggestions?
