Maybe Clinton was not told by his Wall St. bosses to go to the fair to try to advertise for them. When he addressed the Russians he was giving them a load of crap about some third world community looking up their personal information on a data base. He was sowing seeds in young peoples brains that good ol USA can supply these state of the art machines to people who can hardly feed themselves, while Wall St. chiefs will be reaping the rewards of some more sales and more profit in new areas of the world. Also the world fair is a showpiece for countries to show their cultural and tradational values to the rest of the world, if America didn't have Hollywood and Wall St. which everybody knows about anyway, why bother go to the World fair???
